Gift Vouchers sold via Belgravia PRO Pty Ltd are a product of the Belgravia Group. Your Gift Voucher is redeemable at any participating Belgravia PRO facility throughout Australia and New Zealand. Participating facilities are subject to change and current facilities are listed in the product description. It can be redeemed for any accommodation booking of the same value, or you can upgrade by paying extra. International exchange rates and booking fees may apply. Please treat this Gift Voucher like cash as lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Gift Vouchers are not transferable for cash. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. There are no limits on the number of transactions and any balance owing after use will remain active on the Gift Voucher. The card cannot be topped up or reloaded and will expire in 3 years from the date of issue.

Please refer to the cancellation policies and booking terms & conditions applicable at the participating Belgravia PRO facility when making your booking, as cancellation policies may vary depending on time of year, current promotions, or other reasons not listed here.

To redeem your Gift Voucher:

  1. When booking your stay over the phone or via email, reference that you have a gift voucher to redeem. We recommend you phone the Park to make your booking so they can work through the gift voucher amount against the total value of your booking.
  2. Bookings must be made a minimum of 5 days before your date of intended stay, if you are using the gift voucher.
  3. Upon arrival and check-in, present the gift voucher to the team at Reception. They will process as payment along with any other amount owing (where required).
  4. If your gift voucher denomination exceeds the value of your booking, the balance remaining will remain available on the gift voucher, redeemable for a future stay.
